About This Group

76% of South Africa’s produce is genetically modified. We’re the only country in Africa actively planting GMO’s and still the people starve. We cannot be a science experiment. We need a new plan to live in harmony with the planet.

If we're serious about making a difference, we need regular meetings to discuss ways in which each of us can take action and make a difference. Is there a Zday in Jhb this year?

Do you know about the March Against Monsanto happening on Saturday everywhere?  There's one in Joburg too with nearly 800 signed up.  Join the movement here :

You can't un-know something.  Zeitgeist, Home and now Thrive have all brought me to a place that leaves me no choice but to take action.  To connect with like-minded people in my country and around the globe for the betterment of all, before it's too late.  One person can make a difference, but together we can change everything!  I am very happy to see that there are 10 other groups in South Africa.  We need to engage in regular dialogue to keep the momentum going and reach more and more people.
